RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Cocoloop, we strive to deliver high-quality products with care. If your order has an issue, we are here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns

​

Returns are accepted only if:
• The product received is damaged or incorrect. 
• A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and catalogues.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike of colour, or minor external packaging dents.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or Opened products.
• Items without original packaging
• Clearance or final sale products
• Free gifts and promotional items

3. How to Request a Return

​

Please email us with:
• Order ID
• Clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Unboxing video (recommended).

Our team will respond within 2–3 working days. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pick up where available.

4. Refund Process

​

Refunds are issued after the returned product passes quality inspection.

• Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 5–7 working days
• COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 working days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

5. Exchanges

​

We do not offer direct exchanges. A new order can be placed after a refund is processed.

​

6. Order Cancellation

​

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

​

7. Damaged / Wrong Product Received

​

If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, share clear photos, packaging images, and preferably an unboxing video. We will prioritise replacement or refund.
